This fabric is great for relaxed romans. It comes in many fabrics. The stripes are 17" apart. Your romans needs to be at least 22" wide to encompass 2 stripes. tHE BACKGROUND OF THIS FABRIC IS GRIEGE...WILL WORK WITH GREYS AND NATURAL COLORS.

Above: Be aware that French Grain Sack can have flaws, hence the words "Grain Sack". I've never used any that didn't have these quaint homespun flaws.

Unlined

Not recommended for widths wider than 38". If wider than 38", your relaxed roman will look like the photo below, the "swag" in the middle, not being over 38"; still a great relaxed look.
